INFORMATION

The artist must always be credited as the creator of the artwork.

Client must provide a finished character design and references.

Artworks can be displayed by the artist on their SNS and portfolio.

No modifications or alterations by client/third parties allowed unless written permission is given by the artist.

OCs will be preferred. Requests involving unofficial character pairings (ships), OC and canon interactions, mecha or explicit content will not be accepted.

No refunds.

Payments must be made upfront in full and within 10 days after the invoice has been sent.

Artworks intended for financial gain and/or promotional purposes will require a commercial fee. This includes all commissions for streamers and content creators.

Updates will be delivered through the client's desired communication platform during weekdays only.

Maximum of two revisions during sketch and base color phase. Extra changes represent additional fees.

Each artwork has a turnaround time of 2-8 weeks after the invoice has been fully paid.

Desired posting dates must be chosen over the time limit of the commission and shot type (2, 4 or 8 weeks) and might represent additional fees.

Delivery of the full resolution files via email only.

Upfront payment will not be required for waitlist slots. The invoice will be delivered to the client once the artist is available for work.

All visual references regarding the character, pose, expressions, background, etc. must be in a Google Drive folder.

Submissions will undergo a three-weekday screening process. Requests will be confirmed or denied through the client's selected communication platform.
